How I can get more resistance?
Im in boxing and I run three or four times a week, I can do two miles in twenty minutes me is a kind of good, but it may take three complete games in the bag, boxing gloves, bag and power, but when it comes to sparring, it can last about two third lap I am very tired and I wonder what I can do to build my endurance exercise or food intake known person if you can answer this question with valuable information really appreciate it thank you.
