Boxing Training Workout Exercise At Home

Is this a good workout?
Im 15 and just want to stay in shape and strengthen my body may be able to get a six pack beers, strengthen my biceps and legs. The day I do a regular cardio workout boxing hour = 15 minutes 2 miles 15 minutes moderate pace climbing stairs for 15 minutes jump rope 15 minutes 1 hour 4 = work I just take muscle groups that I work Mon, Wed, Fri 15 minutes each takes different ABS 1 hour and back exercises = work my abs for 16 minutes and remains my abs. (Divide by 2 sets of 8 minutes) which also carry back for 15 minutes is what I do on an ordinary day of activities and everything that came in the day too. Cut my cardio days I do sports and football coaching school that I in the days of work my muscles. My diet is 6 wheat bix for breakfast banana recess, health and salad sandwich for lunch at home protein drink after school, evening meals are spaghetti, sautéed, kangaroo and vegetables or anything to chance.
There is nothing wrong with that. But do not over do it and hurt yourself. Ease into it for a couple of weeks.
